NOTICE TO OWNERS / PROPERTY MANAGERS - Membership Cancellation Policy
VallecitoRentals.com memberships run on an annual basis. Due to the fact that the vast majority of the work involved in promoting properties on the Internet occurs in the first few weeks (creating the ad, adding photos, submitting to search engines, etc...) VallecitoRentals.com is unable to offer a refund on cancelled memberships.

PROPERTY OFF THE MARKET
If you wish to remove your property from the market, we can temporarily inactivate the VallecitoRentals.com ad and reactivate it at a future date. Your VallecitoRentals.com membership stays in force through the original term and the renewal date does not change (the renewal date will not be extended during the time that the property is off the market).

PROPERTY SOLD
If you sell your property, you can transfer your VallecitoRentals.com membership to a new owner for a one time $20 membership transfer fee. No refund will be given, however existing and new members are encouraged to come to a fair division of fees amongst themselves.

SPAMMING POLICY
Note: VallecitoRentals.com does not participate in or tolerate the sending of Unsolicited Commercial Email (SPAM) - VallecitoRentals.com reserves the right to cancel (without refund) any member that mentions VallecitoRentals.com or any of it's associated websites, URLs, or any associated VallecitoRentals.com email address in any SPAM e-mail message or Usenet posting.

MEMBERSHIP POLICIES
VallecitoRentals.com reserves the right to reject or edit any ad submitted at our sole discretion. Once material has been submitted, edited and posted on the VallecitoRentals.com web site, it becomes the property of VallecitoRentals.com and its affiliated sites and my not be copied from the VallecitoRentals.com web site without written permission.
